    From 2015-2020, I managed the installation labor for network cable refreshes, kitchen video replacements, point of sale upgrades, and miscellaneous projects for our franchise and corporate customers of Bojangles, Carl's Jr., Denny's, Hardees', Mandarin Express, Popeye's, Skyline Chili, Toppers Pizza, Veggie Grill, and Whataburger.During 2016-2017, I managed the system staging, testing, shipping, and installation labor for Au Bon Pain's POS Refresh at approximately 200 cafes in hospitals, airports, train stations, skyscrapers, and shopping malls, including the Pentagon food court and the Washington DC Navy Yard.During 2018-2019, I acted as Sales Engineer and Consultant for our project providing Advance Exchange Depot services for Veterans Canteen Services at all Veterans Administration campuses nationwide. It had a video arcade, crawling tubes, giant playground, plastic ball pits, picnic benches, you name it. And pizza. Basically it was a wannabe competitor concept to Chuck E. Cheese. I worked there for a minute. I made pizza, scrubbed pans and baskets, and occasionally had to dress up in a mascot costume for birthday parties. I didn't like it much, apart from the Crazy Bread.
