From 2015-2020, I managed the installation labor for network cable refreshes, kitchen video replacements, point of sale upgrades, and miscellaneous projects for our franchise and corporate customers of Bojangles, Carl's Jr., Denny's, Hardees', Mandarin Express, Popeye's, Skyline Chili, Toppers Pizza, Veggie Grill, and Whataburger.During 2016-2017, I managed the system staging, testing, shipping, and installation labor for Au Bon Pain's POS Refresh at approximately 200 cafes in hospitals, airports, train stations, skyscrapers, and shopping malls, including the Pentagon food court and the Washington DC Navy Yard.During 2018-2019, I acted as Sales Engineer and Consultant for our project providing Advance Exchange Depot services for Veterans Canteen Services at all Veterans Administration campuses nationwide. I was cleared through the Federal Office of Personnel Management's IT and background check processes.From November 2018 - March 2022, I managed delivery of all of Smashburger's POS installations and upgrade projects, including the 2019 kitchen hardware refresh, all new restaurant openings, and a variety of pilot projects and special initiatives for both corporate and franchise locations.From March 2019 - March 2022, I was the new restaurant opening Project Manager for Qdoba Mexican Eats, which included educating franchise operators and coordinating their relationships with various hardware, software, and managed network vendors to procure the required hardware and licensing prior to advance staging. I also hired, trained, and scheduled the field installation teams. I helped design the pilot project and managed the rollout for Qdoba's kitchen video retrofit project in 2021.Now I'm working on Netsuite implementations for small and medium businesses with Resource POS' sister company, Resource 360. I've completed three Netsuite training weeks at Oracle's campuses in Denver and Santa Monica, and I earned the SuiteFoundation Certification in September 2022.

Helpdesk Manager:I supervise the 24 x 7 x 365 technical support helpdesk, which provides live support to over 400 franchise restaurants including Hardees, Dairy Queen, Arby's, Cousins Subs, Egg Harbor, Wendy's, McDonalds', and more. This includes hiring, training, and evaluating new level one technicians, writing technical documents, establishing troubleshooting procedures, and providing level two support. I interface with my customers' other vendors on a daily basis to solve problems that require representatives from multiple different vendors to cooperate, such as providers of internet service, managed firewall solutions, credit card merchant services, CCTV, and drive thru information systems.Technical Account Manager:Upon completion of sale of a point of sale system, I communicate with the new customers to establish their needs and expectations. I configure their databases, configure security and operational parameters, customize reporting tools, and supervise the assembly, staging, loading, and testing of hardware prior to shipping. I supervise the field engineers that install the hardware, and I also provide on-site training for the restaurant owners, management, and crew, as well as open support to ensure that the customer's transition to the technology I provide goes smoothly and efficiently.

Affiliated Building Services (Enron Facility Services) - Office services for Digital Equipment Corporation, Compaq Computer Corporation, Hewlett-Packard, and Electronic Data Systems at 1124 Tower Road in Schaumburg. Primary contact to vendors for HVAC, pest control, cafeteria vending, obsolete electronics disposal, & building security. I managed the shipping/receiving clerk, and personally handled cubicle construction, midday front desk reception, and hopping up on ladders to swap out dead fluorescent tubes. Also being the youthful, charming, and likable office mascot. I set up Lifesource blood drives too.

Little Caesars had a McPlayPlace like super megaplex location in Hoffman Estates for a couple years. It had a video arcade, crawling tubes, giant playground, plastic ball pits, picnic benches, you name it. And pizza. Basically it was a wannabe competitor concept to Chuck E. Cheese. I worked there for a minute. I made pizza, scrubbed pans and baskets, and occasionally had to dress up in a mascot costume for birthday parties. I didn't like it much, apart from the Crazy Bread.
