I have worked at Heartland for almost 3 years. I have gained a lot of knowledge in a short time, and yet learn something new each day. Heartland puts a strong emphasis on training. Providing the knowledge and tools to be successful. Heartland Customer Care is built on the 3 pillars of success, Care, Focus and Quality. There is not an expected call volume that must be achieved daily. The most important part of my job is doing my best to create an world re-nowned experience , by making my contact on the phone feel like they are the only "ONE. I greet each caller with "Thank you for calling Heartland, How Can I Make your Day Better?" There is not a more empowering statement that could be made. Take a moment to get to know them professionally, ask about their day, weather, allow them to talk. Then working as a team to resolve the concern in a single call. Support is always close by if needed. Advisors, and Supervisors are ready to help when you have a question. The best part of the job is you are never alone. I enjoy working at Heartland, providing quality support to our customers and helping our new agents grow. As an employee of a large organization, I do not feel like I am a number, but a person.
