Administered over 150 MS-SQL databases on 10 production servers including 3 BCP servers, 1 central HRIS server, 1 internal company reporting server, and 1 High-Availability 2-node MS-Clustered SQL Server supporting over 300 users. Managed the creation of company Employee Merit System, enabling all merit-based salary increases to be submitted and approved via the company intranet (including overseas offices in over 40 countries). Developed and maintained the Global_Employee database and its interface which delivered a subset of employee data from the HRIS system to multiple (secure and non-secure) servers. This distributed data enabled multiple internal applications to reference up-to-date HR data in a simplified form. Developed and maintained interfaces for moving employee benefit elections from web-based benefit application (Seeker) into HRIS system (Cyborg). Created the first user-friendly Cyborg-TRS Impromptu Reporting catalog. Developed numerous smaller interfaces for moving data during implementations, migrations, and upgrades. Created and maintained all Business Continuity Plans for MS-SQL Servers. stomized Crystal Enterprise Server enabling web-based reporting for internal reports as well as external customer-specific reports hosted on company extranet.
