After 3 years on from deciding to embrace a more flexible approach, and branch out on my own, I am pleased to report a successful 12 months.I have continued to focus, using my experience of heading up land and new homes divisions both at national and independent estate agencies, on my main area of expertise providing land and new homes consultancy in the Surrey, East Hants and West Sussex region. With a wealth of knowledge, experience and contacts, I have been able to realise this potential by creating new opportunities not only within the parameters of my own company but also working on a consultancy basis. One of these consultancy roles is with Chantries and Pewleys to expand their land and new homes profile, a well known and highly regarded Guildford residential agent. With our joint efforts we have secured high quality new land and new homes instructions which has produced some excellent results over the last 3 years. As illustrated above, I believe the advice and expertise that I am able to offer will be beneficial to developers and agents alike, whether this involves the acquisition of land, consultancy on development land potential, or providing direction within new homes marketing.
