Making and installing Props for the movie Fast and Furious 9

Hillstown is a small craft brewery. As an engineer I designed and fabricated equipment to make the production of beer in the brewery less labour intensive and improved the efficient of various tasks. I also brewed batches of beer weekly to help meet customer demand.

Brewbot (www.brewbot.io) is a Belfast startup that invented and developed Brewbot, a robot that brews beer, controlled and monitored using a smartphone app. Since embarking on their journey in 2013, the team has been committed to three basic values: thoughtful design, exceptional beer quality and a continuous pursuit of making brewing easy to anyone.Working on the hardware team with a limited budget. I've produced and developed design concepts, fabricate prototypes, test and validate, and bring them through to production.

Working at The Jungle NI, I've developed many skills and have had the opportunity to experience various roles and projects that I wouldn't have had been able to with other companies.Some construction based projects that I've been involved with include - The Design and Building of Paintball Game Zones, Tree Based Ropes Courses; including Zip Lines, Tarzan Swings and a Tree House. Set and Prop Design/Building for events like “Fright Night” and "Christmas Wonderland".The Building of Log Cabins, including Electrical and Plumbing installationMy duties included:• Project management for new Activities/ Facilities• Design/ Construction and Maintainance of tree based high ropes courses• Inspecting and managing records for PPE• Office duties, • Coordinating staff• Building, Maintenance and general groundwork’s• Coordinating groups – giving safety brief, ensuring all safety measures are in place,• Servicing and repairing Equipment

Based in Auckland, I worked as an Industrial Rope Access Technician on many varied projects around the North Island of New Zealand, including:• Anchor and Roof Access Systems Installation (for abseil and fall arrest)• Rigging, Abseiling, Fall Arrest, Aid Climbing• Building Maintenance• Testing and Certifying RAS Systems• Building works including; Waterproofing/ Sealing, Roofing, Glazing• Surveying

As a Project Engineer at SKE Solutions I managed projects involving the design, build and installation of water and wastewater treatment plant across the UK and Ireland.I had the following role:• Providing technical guidance and providing job estimates• Advising customers and suppliers on contract specification• Assisting with the preparation of production schedules• Ordering materials for live jobs• Organising transport and cranage for live jobs• Working to budgets and deadlines• Maintaining and managing a filing system• Installing plant on site
