About Steve Hackett

As a Regional VP of Sales for The Brooks Group, I’m passionate about helping clients break through barriers and achieve their full growth potential. I combine my years of experience as a college football coach with my extensive background in sales and sales management to transform clients’ sales coaching programs, and in turn, their sales performance.I’m a results-driven leader and coach and I believe profitable sales growth can be achieved by encouraging individual performance, and holding salespeople and sales managers accountable for their results. I partner with clients to diagnose unique challenges, and develop customized solutions that enable sales teams to succeed. My many years in the sales effectiveness industry have allowed me to work with a wide range of clients, including JCB, DXP Enterprises Inc, R.F.
