A Certified member of the Institute of workplace and Facilities Management (CIWFM) with experience and knowledge, ensuring legislative and regulatory compliance within a highly regulated environment. Managing a team of highly skilled tradesmen and sub-contractors. Experienced in developing new and improved methods of work, new projects, building development, environmental issues and providing the relevant training skills that are necessary to set and exceed outstanding customer service. Currently responsible for the management of 51 buildings across 2 sites (both in areas of outstanding natural beauty) and 75FTE for a leading multi-million pound independent boarding school encompassing Nursery, Pre-prep, Prep and Senior Schools (500+ staff; 1,100 pupils from age 3 months to 18 years). Year round operation form international Summer School (c 1400 students over an 8 week operation period).
