Being a leader who is a creative and highly motivated person I enjoy taking ideas from conception to completion. With experience of helping organisations comply with laws through direct employment, providing consultancy services, writing policy documents and creating project ideas, I enjoy the challenges that allow my drive and ambition to come to the fore. Developing and delivering new governance and working practices that bring added value to the project, above that originally expected, provides me with satisfaction that the team is working as one. Having experience of making difficult decisions under extreme pressure, often in life and death situations, I am able to work collaboratively to deliver the goals and objectives of the team in order to surpass expectations. I have worked in the public, private and third sectors and have developed a skill set that takes the best practice from all of these and enables me to develop those whom I manage.
