Since 2016, led a group of thirty volunteers to stage the nationally recognized Highlands Motoring Festival. The four-day festival includes two driving tours, a Main Street parade, two car shows, and an evening fundraising gala. Since 2016 the non-profit HMF has donated over a half million dollars to local human needs charities. After six years serving as Festival Chairman, has taken on the role of Chairman Emeritus as well as Vice President of the Highlands Motoring Foundation.

In twenty four years there were eight positions starting with adminstrative assistant to the president culminating as the plant manager with 124 direct reports and p&l responsibility.
