Led engineering design teams (including external Satyam/Tata outsourced design resources) in developing an electro-mechanical powered drive unit for hospital stretchers and beds. This included design and manufacturing development in low cost regions in China and Mexico. Implemented cost effective sustaining design engineering projects that encompassed products ranging from hospital stretchers to Intensive Care Unit devices and operating room products that met IEC 60601-2-38 and FDA 21 CFR 820 design requirements. Project Leader for Product Improvement Team, managed documentation design history files in Agile, Risk Analysis and FMEA, and product manuals for product development, regulatory, and FDA compliance.

Developed vapor recovery/fueling products that were primarily hand operated gas fuel nozzles made from machined aluminum sand/die castings, plastic and urethane blow moldings, and fuel resistant thermoplastics. Supported and sustained the manufacturing and quality organization by providing design changes and product guidance for all design related activities keeping production goals and schedules on track as the highest priority.Conducted and led fuel nozzle test programs for determining performance at internal lab and customer locations as required.
