• Responsible for the P&L of the OE customer base in excess of $59 mil in annual sales and coordinate all activities between sales, customers, market segment managers, and operations.

• Overall responsibility for managing new product launches for the OE market segment.• Lead cross functional teams comprised of sales, marketing, engineering, operations, sourcing, and quality personnel. • Responsible for implementing and supporting advanced quality planning system for new product introduction utilizing a stage gate approach• Manage overall product development efforts and timelines thru multiple plants and subcontract sources, develop manufacturing process routings for new products, and optimize existing methods to reduce cost.• Manage subcontractors providing tooling development, manufacturing, and prototype processes• Accountable for providing sales with accurate product costs and timelines to market• Interface directly with end customers to develop engineered product solutions.

• Managed all commercial vehicle program launch efforts with the following OEM customers resulting in over $9 million dollars in additional revenue: Peterbilt, Kenworth, Ford, GM, Volvo, Freightliner, Sterling, International Truck, Prevost Car, and Western Star.• Lead cross functional team of 10-15 members consisting of individuals from manufacturing, quality, sales, marketing, and accounting to develop and launch new products and processes.• Manage multiple programs from concept through production utilizing a structured program launch process while maintaining overall responsibility for program timing and implementation.• Manage product revisions, design changes, and testing requirements for commercial wheel products including prototype development and ECN initiation.• Coordinate efforts of multiple contract machining and finishing vendors as well as internal production sources to successfully develop new products and processes.Manage relationships with OEM Truck, Bus, RV, and trailer manufacturers in marketing, sales, and engineering promoting new product launches and product enhancements.• Manage overall product lifecycle up to and including the elimination of products that are not meeting financial targets.

• Responsible for new product development for performance aftermarket automotive products from concept through production including prototype development and testing. • Manage engineering responsibilities focusing on the following product lines: Hays performance clutches, Hurst shifters, Lakewood traction enhancing devices, and Accel DFI fuel injection support.• Responsible for development of prototypes and managing vehicle fitment trails.• Maintain BOM and ECN systems and drawing revisions.• Manage product development and sourcing with outside machining and stamping vendors.• Manage engineering designers and research and development staff.

• Responsible for the design and implementation of custom order chassis equipment for class eight trucks and tractors. • Create engineering change notices and maintain complex BOM structure.• Lead product designers through product design and revision.• Act as a liaison between design engineering and manufacturing
