West Park Digital Media produces audio and video content for training, web and broadcast. Services include production, post-production, graphics and animation, as well as authoring services for the creation of interactive DVD and Blu-Ray disc content.West Park Digital Media provides forensic analysis and processing of CCTV content as well as other media that may have relevance as evidence in civil or criminal litigation.AV Systems design, installation and integration.

Technical Operations Division, Law Enforcement Technologies

I provided electronic surveillance support to local, state and federal law enforcement agencies throughout the state of Illinois. This support included conducting consensual as well as non-consensual eavesdrops, covert video surveillance, electronic and cellular telephone tracking, remote alarm installations and other forms of electronic monitoring to obtain evidence in criminal investigations. I testified in court as to the evidence gathered during these operations as well as the chain of custody and veracity and authenticity of the evidence. During my time with the Technical Investigations Unit, I developed the Illinois State Police capabilities and lab for the forensic processing of audio and video evidence to clarify and enhance recordings that required processing due to poor quality from various environmental conditions.

-Served from 1984 to 2011 with the Illinois State Police. -From July 1995 until retirement served in the Illinois State PoliceTechnical Investigation Unit. -Specialized in audio and video forensic processing-Pioneered the use of IP based video surveillance systems for the Illlinois State Police.-Served on curriculumn committee at FLETC (Glynnco, GA) Technical Operations Division and developed curriculumn for the Digital CCTV Recovery Course (RECVR).

I was a member of the Illinois State Police, Zone 5 Investigations Unit. I conducted investigations into criminal matters of a wide range of activities including but not limited to homicide, narcotics, child sexual abuse, as well as fraud and other financial crimes.

Facilitated training in the area of electronic surveillance and related skills for law enforcement personel. Served on the National Board of Directors of the National Technical Investigator's Association (NATIA)

As a member of the Illinois State Police Division of Internal Investigations I conduct investigations into government officials under the Executive Branch of Illinois State Government. These included use of force investigations of state law enforcement agencies and officers as well as misconduct and corruption investigations of employees of agencies under the executive branch of state government.

As an Illinois State Trooper, I conducted traffic enforcement activities as well motor vehicle accident investigations for the 10 county District 10 area of east-central Illinois
