Even before graduating from ENSTA BREST in 2009, as a Naval architect & Offshore Engineer, I collaborated to the formation of Navtec Group with a founding team of three, while being an intern and starting the construction supervision of the company first SESV (Self-Elevated Support Vessel).In 18 years, as an active member of the management from day one, I had the chance to grew with the business, from Project Manager to COO, and transformed this international Marine Offshore Oil & Gas venture from start up to over USD70 million in revenue, focusing on the Middle East & Asia and managing more than USD 300 Million of Assets.During this journey, I lead 3 transformative restructuration: changed the business model from designer/builder from 2007 until 2017, to a full fledge marine operator, where headcounts grew by 10x in a span of 2 month and stayed there thereafter. I influenced the company culture to change from micro management to empowerment while keeping a flat structure to minimize cost. Finally, I lead the company to comply with ISO and IMO standard, and subsequently to National and International Oil companies’ requirements to become a preferred partner for support of construction, maintenance, well servicing and well testing operations.Simultaneously, I had the privilege to earn a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD, from where I graduated in 2018Recipient of awarded memberships to the ABS Special Technical Committee on Mobile Offshore Units since 2020 and ABS Middle East and South East Asia Technical Committee since 2019, actively contributing to enhancing safety at sea, reducing environmental impact, and advancing the design, construction, and operation of MOU globally.I am the Co-owner of Benin Airlines, Flag carrier airline of the Republic of Benin, projected to generate north of USD 100 Million revenues by 2028, and a F45 franchise in Dubai.Privately, I live in Dubai, am the proud father of three wonderful kids spend most of my private time with family and friends, very much enjoy adventure in remote place, and am a big sports fan.
