Steve has spent 30+ years developing leaders, volunteers, and organizations to positively impact their community. He has served in executive roles developing and growing vision, mission, and leadership values in organizations. He has worked in partnership with local & governmental agencies, businesses, schools, non-profits, and faith-based organizations (churches) that have produced a track record of growth, health, and proven outcomes. He is purposeful and passionate in watching old become new and new become impactful. Helping others arrive at the “ah-ha” moment when the bulb clicks on to discover new possibilities of growth, development, and health is one driving factor that motivates him every day. Steve values others and believes that people are the best investment into which to put time and focus. This value is not because of what you will get out of them but for what they will want to give back to others when empowered and growing. Developing leaders is a great privilege of service in that helping others through lessons, experience, knowledge, and life growth should not be kept but paid forward.
