Design and implementation of control software for the Ford Zeta engine plant at Bridgend.Installing networks between the Factory Management System and the plant workstations.Commissioning the production scheduling, batch progress and engine tracability software.Designing graphical user interfaces for correcting production defects and displaying records foreach process for Total Quality Management (ISO9000).Training Ford personnel on operations and maintenance.Shift Engineers responsible for the performance of the line, breakdowns, ongoing modifications to plant and supervising fitters, technicians and engineers.Additional duties include breakdown visits to process and manufacturing plants.
