Supporting development initiatives by managing the environmental elements related to the due diligence, development, and construction process.Experience in Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments; well installations using hollow-stem auger, direct-push, and rotosonic drilling techniques; conducting static soil gas surveys following Department of Toxic Substances Control-approved sampling procedures; designing, implementing, managing and maintaining in-situ chemical oxidation (ISCO), in situ chemical reduction (ISCR), dual-phase extraction (DPE), soil vapor extraction (SVE), constant-head injection, and oxygen gas injection pilot tests and full-scale systems; preparing feasibility studies, conceptual designs, work plans, and investigation/remediation summary reports for submittal to regulatory agencies and industry clients; preparing, implementing, and tracking client- and project-specific key performance indicators, budgets, and cost/labor projections for project lifecycles; and managing/mentoring/training technical staff through development of fundamental skill training modules and career development plans.
