I have spent my entire career working in the real estate and construction industries and have gained a wealth of knowledge across many disciplines. For the last 10 years I have worked as a project manager for a large New York City based not for profit gaining experience in all phases of construction, from the planning and design phase through and including construction and sign-offs. My projects were consistently completed within budget and on schedule. I was responsible for varied construction projects including, office interiors, educational facilities, community residences and low income housing sites. Earlier experience includes 18 years in the commercial real estate industry in northern New Jersey and Long Island, New York with a focus on leasing of commercial office space. I developed and implemented a leasing program for company owned portfolio of Class A office space in excess of 800,000 square feet maintaining better than a 95% occupancy rate. My responsibilities were expanded to include property management and oversight of tenant build-outs. These combined experiences, as a project manager and in the commercial real estate industry, have provided me with a diverse and effective skill set applicable to the facilities and construction industries.
