A Senior Product Manager at Ethitec, a small but well-established Progress Openedge software house, based in Leicester. I promote the systems and manage the teams looking after two of our specialised software products, one, Tiara9, used by the healthcare community to run NHS therapy departments across the UK as well as AQPs offering therapy based referral services to the NHS. The second, Quotex, is a specialised Insurance industry product which handles all aspects of policy administration, from aggregator feeds through to claims management.
