- Provide timely and professional response to telephoned sales calls- Tele-sales to clients in outlying areas that were not serviced by a Sales Consultant.- Provide timely and professional customer service, scheduling returns, notifying clients of back-order times and handling of any other day to day client concerns.- Data entry and quotations- Co-ordination of rental items and monthly remunerations.- Use of Excel, MS Word and other MS Office applications.
