Edit and review technical publications such as technical training material, operation manuals, service manuals, parts catalogues technical bulletins and service letters, technical specifications, schematics (in English)·

When I joined SGS Documentation services as technical writer I was immediately assigned to the Bobcat account due to the fact that I have a profound knowledge and specific interest for mechanics, electrics and construction. I typically enjoy working with large equipment and machinery, as well as with small precision instruments. The work as technical writer often involves disassembling, assembling and repairing whilst using a wide range of hand and power tools and materials.After a while I also got involved into the creation of spare parts manuals for this customer, which was a very welcome extension of my responsibilities.I’ve ended my career at SGS Documentation services as the key interface for Bobcat, maintaining a long term relationship with them as key account customer.
