Managed multiple projects requiring integration of legacy applications to 3rd party target applications via TIBCO ESB. Major integration projects that I have successfully delivered have included:* LMBR - TAFE SALM: Successfully managed the integration of 21 legacy TAFE applications with the Tribal ebs4 Student Administration system (2012-2014). Scope included managing development of 19 data interfaces via TIBCO, development of a new staging database plus remediation of 21 legacy systems to support new functional requirements. * Successfully managed the integration of Taleo eRecuitment system with legacy personnel (IBM iSeries) and identity management systems (2011-2012). Scope included 6 data interfaces plus remediation of the personnel system to support new functional requirements. * Managed the procurement of multimedia screen sharing technology to be rolled out across all NSW public schools from business case to requirements, RFQ, evaluation, negotiation and contract signing. These were significant projects of high technical complexity, involving engagement of multiple stakeholders. PM of these projects required matrix management of a pool of specialist resources (BAs, Solution Architect, Developers, Test Analysts) throughout the SDLC to complete an agreed plan of work packages to a schedule signed off by the PCG. PRINCE2 PM methodology was applied. Other application development projects I have managed in recent years:* A major upgrade to the Student Transport Management System (STMS): Legislation changes mandated significant re-engineering to an in-house Java/Oracle application used by the Assisted School Transport Unit to manage school transport for all students with special needs in NSW schools. This required managing a team of 2 BA's and 4 developers over 9 months to deliver an agreed scope of functional changes. * A major upgrade to the Employment & Training Applicant Screening System (ETASS) to meet revised legislative requirements.
