NO RECRUITERS PLEASE!I have over 25 years of experience in the Industrial and EnvironmentalAfter a long career with Thames Water and setting up Hydro Cleansing in 2000 - I still continue to learn every day to ensure I understand the system network and infrastructure of the business sector I and Hydro Cleansing work in.When I worked for Thames Water I was responsible for Crossness Sewage Treatment Works, Beckton Sewage Treatment Works and Mogden Sewage Treatment works. At Thames Water I was in charge of 100 people and over £7 million pounds of expenditure.I made the decision in January 2000 to use the experiences I had with Thames Water, to start up Hydro Cleansing, which I duly did with one van, towing jetting unit and £800.00 and the experience I had gained with Thames Water.Having started back in 2000, Hydro Cleansing continued to grow to where it is today employing 120 staff with a turnover in excess £8 million. During this growth process I have continued to reinvest in the business, with Megatron going into production in January 2010. Today Megatron is still the largest intergrated sewer cleaning and recycling unit in the UK.Hydro Cleansing offers 24/7 response service, with the phones manned 24/7. During the evolution of Hydro Cleansing staff have been encouraged and developed to come up through the ranks. Progressing from general jetting engineers and tanker operators, to holding senior positions in Hydro Cleansing, with large amounts of responsibility and being entrusted to pass on their experience and knowledge to new members of the Hydro Cleansing family.The company continues to trade and has grown from strength to strength with the employment of some strong members of staff and will continue to grow enabling people that have joined at to bottom to climb the ladder of success, to enable them to become managers hopefully Directors.Hydro Cleansing continues to say YES it can be done, YES we will do it and YES we will do it to the best of our ability.
