Stephen (“Steve”) Hogan is Senior VP & Corporate Executive at CAES. He is responsible for Operations, Quality, IT, Security, Contracts, Supply Chain, Strategic Partnerships, functional efficiencies and growth across the CAES enterprise. Steve is a retired a member of the Office of the Secretary of Defense (Acquisition & Sustainment) F35 Lightning II Strategic Leadership Team. He was Deputy Director in the F35 Lightning II Joint Program Office responsible for global sustainment resourcing, planning and strategies for the F35 lightning II system supporting USAF, USMC, USN, 7 partner nations and multiple FMS customers. He is a retired Northrop Grumman Corporate Officer and was responsible for strategic initiatives, global sustainment and engineering, logistics and technology resources across the his sector. As a Vice President and GM, his responsibilities included overarching program leadership, P&L, strategy, capture, risk management, execution, logistics, modification, sustainment and advanced development for 3 business units and a direct reporting PM (KC-10) valued at $1.6B. He directed the work of over 3900 technical employees working domestically and internationally on aircraft design, development, production and modification. He is the former President of the Association of Old Crows New York Metropolitan Chapter. He held positions as VP of Information Operations & F/A-18E/F/G for the T-38, F-5, A-10, AEA/Cyber programs, Mission Planning, LCS MPI and Surface Electronic Warfare, sector director of government relations, strategy, capture and business development of DoD, NASA, DHS and specifically Navy and Marine Corps and Acquisition programs. Before joining Industry, Hogan was employed by the Department of the Navy. As an acquisition professional, his assignments included tours in the Program Executive Officer (PEO) for Strike Weapons/Unmanned Aviation; PEO for Air, ASW Assault and Special Missions; and Naval Air Systems Command. He was a major command program manager for Navy Aerial Targets and Decoy Systems; principal deputy program manager for Naval Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV); deputy program manager for Electronic P-3 Systems/IPT leader for advanced intelligence sensor development programs; assistant program manager for Test and Evaluation for the E-2C Hawkeye, MH-53 and AH-1 helicopter programs; and support equipment project officer for Navy Jet Training System (T-45TS), Navy Anti-Submarine Warfare Weapons Systems (S-3A/B & P-3) and Navy Electronic Sensor platforms (EP-3E & ES-3A).
