Barden Homes sells panelized home packages, along with many of the products needed to build a quality home. I was hired by Barden Homes to increase the number, and quality of dealers in my Ohio territory. The number of dealers increased, and the number of homes under construction did as well. In a position tasked with expansion into new markets, it was a success.
