Total number of direct reports is sixty eight.Key processes planned are the cold stamping plant, hot stamp lines, lasers and assembly cells.Monitoring internal capacity at Gestamp Llanelli based on customers monthly forecasts.Point of contact for all customers relating to deliveries & operational matters.Key objectives for the department include 100% on time delivery to customer, no short shipments and managing all freight to agreed financial budgets.Managing customer returnable packaging daily for production requirements.Attending daily operational meeting and weekly management meeting.Determining production overtime requirements on a weekly basis based on customer demands and production performance.Developing staff and cross training using training matrix.
