Conducted source data analysis to conform data to existing warehouse standards. Collaborated with the project manager to determine resource requirements and project timelines. The project required 50 new processes and modifications to 50 existing processes. Designed and implemented a datamart which links credit analysis data to the receivables contract data.Led project to modify Data Warehouse processes when Ford Credit changed account receivable systems. The project involved removal of two legacy systems and incorporation of new receivables system as data sources for the warehouse. Completed an impact analysis and project plan for modifications to 100 individual processes. Coordinated Quality Assurance testing with business end users as test data became available. Co-authored System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) document with another member of the team. The SDLC devoted a section to each major task required to make changes to ETL processes. Each section identified resource requirements, prerequisite steps and deliverables for a major task. Co-authored first project plan based on the SLDC. The project plan format was eventually expanded to include tasks both preceding and following the ETL team's tasks.Developed team's first formal test plan for changed or new processes. Format was eventually integrated into the SDLC. Developed first project migration plan which eventually became part of the SDLC. The migration plan is checklist to track JCL and source code members from the time they are checked out for modification to the time they are checked back in after testing.
