Project Inspector - Old La Honda Road Bridge Replacement Project. The original bridge built in the early 1920's had significant structural deterioration. The project consisted of new CIDH piles and headwalls/wingwalls with the installation of new 84" RCP underneath the bridge deck. The void was then filled with lean concrete which then increased the structural integrity of the bridge. Basically turned the bridge into a culvert.

Elmwood Correctional Facility - ADA Path of Travel Project. Was involved in the pre-construction planning on this project. Constructability review - reviewed and recommended edits to the project plans and specifications. Helped develop phasing plans that were implemented in order to comply with the needs and schedule of the medium and high security facilities of the Elmwood Correctional Facility.

Civil Inspector at the Rinconada WTP. The Rinconada Water Treatment Plant is the SCVWD’s oldest treatment plant, and is being retrofitted to ensure the plant continues to successfully provide drinking water to more than one million residents residing on Santa Clara County’s west side. The project will replace or upgrade all major plant components and increase the plant’s treatment capacity to 100 million gallons of water per day. Responsible for daily inspection of civil construction activities – grading, paving, underground piping, and chemical piping, both above and below grade.

San Francisco Bay Area

Inspector of an SFPUC project near Hunter's Point - developed a vacant 5 acre lot into the new Sewer Operations Headquarters. This project entailed construction of a new waste transfer station, maintenance bay, and offices. The site, which was previously used for storing equipment and excess construction materials, now serves as the central location for all SFPUC Sewer Operations, including sewer cleaning and inspection crews and the SF GreaseCycle program. This project transformed the compound into a state-of-the-art facility that makes operations more efficient and boasts 12,000 square feet of green infrastructure to increase the diversity of on-site vegetation and help better manage stormwater in the area.

Quality Control Inspector on a $175 million dollar civil, structural, architectural project - Harry Tracy WTP.

Managed all projects from bid to final completion, including estimating. Projects mainly consisted of water treatment plant upgrades and landfill gas expansion projects including two completed landfill gas to energy plants.
