Acquired property, designed layout for a 40,000 sq. ft. facility, oversaw construction, and opened on time and on budget.• Developed a partnership with global manufacturer as a minority owned and operated supplier.• Secured capital infusion from a Private Equity firm enabling expansion, new equipment, and working capital.• Influenced workforce through creating and communicating vision and execution strategy.
