As a Technical Analyst for Global Hub and Sort Operations, I have two main components to my position Operational Sort Support and System Administration. I provide Operational Sort Support for daily operations, which includes pre and post sort database administration, monitoring and analyzing security and performance on sortation systems and servers. I also provide backup support for global sort operations while maintaining a high level of attention to detail with everyday activities. Secondly, I administer Microsoft SCCM, Active Directory and Group Policies for Global Hub and Sort systems. I also provide leadership and advise on special projects. My most resent project was implementing SCCM by providing guidance, tools and documentation as the subject-matter expert for SCCM to peers and management.

As Director of Technology I managed the Technology Department and worked closely with other school leaders to help insure technology was functional and relevant. I also overseen an average annual budget of $985,000. I drafted and approved technology contracts and worked with a large number of vendors to ensure fiscal responsibility. I improved customer service and transparency in the technology department.Key Accomplishments: I successfully managed several corporate wide software integration initiatives including migration of student information system to Skyward, migration of learning management system to Canvas, deployed Versa Trans the first routing software for the transportation department. I also managed several high priority hardware improvement programs including wireless connectivity throughout 7 schools, WAN connectivity to remote locations and datacenter storage and server enhancements.

Manage wired and wireless networks, 32 Windows servers, building access control and security cameras. Lead, coordinate and participate in key process improvements as they relate to the client/server environment. Project Management, managing construction technology bids and progress, Kronos time clock implementation.Key accomplishments: designed and implemented Windows 2000 network while retiring Novell infrastructure. I managed technology portion of 2 new building construction projects. Successfully managed several software integrations such as Altiris, VersaTrans bus routing, ONSSI Ocularis. Managed hardware acquisition of new SANS, wireless infrastructure, servers, firewalls and network switching environment.

Scan outgoing pakages and load contianers in planes. 3rd shift part-time.

Responsibilities include maintaining WAN-LAN, administration of Windows 2000 server, helpdesk support and end-user training for a new startup small business.

1999 to 2000 I was a Senior Support Analyst. As a Tier 3 Analyst for the Eli Lilly & Company Field Support Center supporting 5000 field sales people. Responsibilities included phone support successfully resolving support issues from various user groups on a wide variety applications and hardware while entering documentation information into the Remedy System. 2000 to 2001 I was a Senior Project Analyst. My duties included several different client engagement projects. I also participated as the Program Manager on project to implement a Windows 2000 infrastructure for the company.

1992 to 1996 I was a Computer Operator II. My duties included mainframe console operator, operation of IBM 3800 printers, Kodak Komstar microfilm printers and managing IBM 3420 reel and 3480 cassette drives.1996 to 1999 I was an ASI Systems Analyst in the research department. I worked as a System Administrator / Developer on the Research Request Systems. Responsibilities included upgrading and maintaining integrity of systems, developing the user interface for the state of Indiana, controlling security access and performing disaster recovery duties. Successfully led project team for Y2K testing.
