With over twenty-five years’ experience in employee benefits, Steve has a proven track record of relationship building & management, guiding and supporting a portfolio of UK and Global businesses with their insured benefit arrangements. His areas of specialist knowledge include: UK Health Insurance & Group Risk Benefit redesign, de-risking and modernisation projects  Flexible Benefits & Total Reward Workplace Wellbeing Initiatives  Benefits Benchmarking  Ancillary & Voluntary Benefits With a broad experience base and deep understanding the wider employee reward and engagement piece, Steve is committed to supporting UK organisations to help mitigate risk through employee benefit management Steve holds a Diploma Cert CII qualification (Health & Protection) from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
