Our typical battery of reports consists of the following:- Weekly Activity Report (shows # and amount of gifts by type)- Proposal Status Report (shows proposal activity, # closed, the amount asked, amount committed, # and amount in follow-up, declined, and scheduled status)- Solicitation Activity Report (display solicitation activity level and determine if you are doing enough to meet your goals, both in # of proposals presented, as well as in amount)- Development officer challenge report (like the solicitation activity report, but tracks individual development officers)- Comprehensive Gifts Table (shows the # and size of gifts required at various giving levels needed in order to be successful in a campaign)- Populated Gifts Table (shows the actual names of prospects identified in above report)- Estate/Planned giving report (helps to identify and track those donor prospects who indicated through a feasibility study they either have your organization in their estate plans or would consider putting you in)- Follow-up Report (pulled to ensure timely follow-up of all outstanding proposals)- Top 250/500 prospects report- RFM Analysis (recency, frequency, monetary analysis of your known donors, helps determine Top 250/500)- Campaign Working Goal analysis (uses data from a FS to determine recommended campaign working goal)- Feasibility Study Participant report (who has or has not been solicited)- Stewardship plans- Public Goal Analysis- Campaign Exit Report Analysis- Feasibility Study Interviews Show less
