Steve Johnson is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer for insured.io, a company focused on improving the customer journey and accelerating digital transformation for insurance organizations. With a SaaS platform that works seamlessly with any core administration system, insured.io creates enhanced customer experiences with their easily deployable insured portal, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) platform, direct-to-consumer sales solutions, and robust retention and analytics tools. In his current role, Steve has led the charge in building insured.io’s unique and powerful platform, maintaining overarching responsibility for the organization’s product, design, development, analytics, and marketing. Steve exhaustively reviews performance metrics, user behavior, and business needs to continuously innovate and deploy high-quality solutions.Prior to founding insured.io, Johnson served in multiple development and underwriting roles with personal and commercial lines insurance companies. He has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry and a background in full-stack software development, art, and graphic design. Johnson graduated from California State University, Sacramento, with a Bachelor of Arts in history and is a Pragmatic Certified Product Manager.
