BIO:Writer/Producer/Director/Editor: Steve Jones began his career as a professional musician at age 17, and spent the next dozen years touring, & making records for the Elektra, Posh Boy, SST, Bomp & Atlantic labels. Graduating from the rock n roll road in the 90’s, Jones moved onto the business side of music, penning a # 1 smash for Asia, managing platinum-selling act: Cherry Poppin Daddies, and talent-scouting for Sony & Hollywood records. After helping build Hollywood records –- a label that's still going strong -- and working with legendary acts like Queen, Dave Clark 5 & Nirvana, Mr. Jones made a lateral move into film/TV; directing videos and coordinating music for New Line, Touchstone and Hollywood pictures. Followed by a career as a TV show runner, on over 40 national and international television series,' documentaries, pilots, long and short form programming, and dozens of commercials and music videos. Jones is a hit songwriter, music supervisor, talent scout, branded entertainment, and online-influencer driven trailblazer, as well as having done the heavy lifting as a creative exec for Disney and Sony.
