Hi I'm Steve.I've been a personal trainer and have competed in a variety of sports/martial arts and fitness events for the most part of my life. I spent many years studying various related sciences to a degree that allowed me a very comprehensive and unique approach to assessing the human body.As such I've spent alot of time both professionally and in leisure, in unique positions, dealing with new contemporary problems. That make for interesting stories.In more recent years I've taken to life coaching, and a had a fanatical interest in the human mind, and philosophy. With an almost insatiable drive to study, improve my understanding and help others overcome and understand issues, both mental and physical, that they may face.I also dabbled as a relationship and dating coach, and find the study of evolutionary mating psychology pretty interesting (I have alot of great book recommendations that I feel really broaden the perspective).Outside of the professional side of my life, I'm a musician, a dabbling actor, and I hugely enjoy reading and learning about new cultures and languages.I like to consider myself an approachable, easy to talk to kind of guy, despite the overly formal introduction i gave above.I generally have a more supportive type of personality socially, and I'm always open to hear about different people's experiences and lifestyles,.That being said, I'm exceptionally outgoing and will be quick to join, and offer invitation to any sort of fun or adventureous activities.
