Team supported all aspects of Funds Management, Asset Management, Development, Project Management and Delivery product lines of Lendlease’s operations in Australia. Reporting to CEO Property and CEO Construction Australia was responsible to drive enhanced consistency, certainty and competitive advantage whilst mitigating technical risk, enhancing sustainability and improving quality and safety in Lendlease's end to end operations.

Included membership of Lendlease’s Innovation Leadership Team and Global ICT Leadership Team setting strategic direction, culture development and improved business operations.

Duties included the strategic positioning and establishment of an integrated residential development, design and delivery residential approach to undertake the extensive internal portfolio of planned projects in Victoria, NSW and QLD to maximise the Lendlease integrated model and provide a portfolio approach to delivery.

Duties included development feasibility studies and environmental planning resolutions related to the master planning and future transformation of the Elephant & Castle housing estate into a vibrant new residential and mix used development.
