For 30 years I’ve served as a trusted advisor, coach, consultant, mentor and trainer to some of the world’s largest and most successful professional services firms and corporations in both the US and UK, where I lived for 14 years. I have a lifelong commitment to personal growth. Ever since I can remember I’ve been keenly interested in exploring what it means to be human, constantly pushing the boundaries of my performance— and others'. Serving clients in my own business has provided me with endless opportunities to explore what it means to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually. I’ve helped clients maximize their personal productivity and become more effective managers and leaders.I’ve helped partners leading practices become more authentic version of themselves in order to grow their business and develop their people.I’ve coached many managers, senior managers and directors to become partners.I’ve taught business development skills to clients from partners to new managers, enabling them to develop strong relationships that establish them as genuine trusted advisors.Serving clients in these many capacities has enabled me to gain valuable experience and insights into the issues and challenges organizations, and the people who work in them, often face.I’ve seen how the sausage is made— I get the big picture and the details. I can employ the nuance that is often required to have the right conversations, in order to pull the right levers and make the right things happen.On a more personal basis, I stumbled onto meditation (Tibetan Buddhism) while I was living in London in 2006, and I have been an avid student ever since. My meditation practice has transformed my life in myriad ways I could never have imagined when I started. Quieting the mind, achieving better focus, concentrating for long periods of time, and reducing stress are just a few of the benefits I’ve experienced from the practice. Today, having completed an intensive 2-year program, I am now a certified mindfulness teacher.Now, in my third act, my purpose is simple: to combine all of my rich experience in ways that will be of the greatest service to others.
