At Gatherround we focus on the redevelopment of redundant spaces and creating a commercial focused business aimed at creating something advantageous for the local community.We work on a number of consultancies across the brewing industry, from sales and site acquisition to technical brewing and menu development.We also create new brands and individual designs for bars, pubs, restaurants, breweries, cinemas, community spaces, all with a strong focus on creating something fresh and innovative from spaces otherwise over looked.In 12 years we have been involved in over 20 different projects, from lottery funded businesses to our very own start-ups.

Part of an amazing board at Lewes FC, fighting inequality in the football world and hopefully winning games against the best teams around. Responsible for stadium development and match day hospitality. I’m also co-responsible for Lewes Women team.

My role is to be focussing on stadium development, which will include all current aspects of hospitality and catering as well as improving the matchday experience at women's and men's matches.

From starting a little brewery on a farm in the countryside, to the creation of Brighton's biggest brewery and taproom. Holler took an old dilapidated building and created a unique brewery and taproom experience. With a focus on great beer and fostering great community links, Holler is a modern brewery steeped in traditional values.I successfully exited from Holler in June 2019.

Late Knights was a crafty brewery in South East London. We produced small batch beers for the best craft beer pubs in London right at the start of the craft beer scene. We also run 7 pubs across London, Brighton and Kent. Grew the business up to £2.2m turnover before the company split.

I took on the task of rebranding and opening new venues with a focus on entertainment and craft. From the Barrel & Horn in Bromley to the Union Tavern in Westbourne Park, these sites were at the beginning of the craft beer explosion in London.

I started with MAB as an assistant manager until 2003 when I became a General Manager. I managed some high profile sites, opened a brand new site in Oxford and was the youngest manager in the company at one point. I managed the Dignity in Finchley, The Jericho Tavern in Oxford and The Albany in central London.

Well known 180 capacity music venue and gastro pub. Opened this business after a 300k refurbishment and fulfilled my objective of bringing music back to the Jericho TavernTrebled the turnover of the business to £850,000Gained local respect in the media for the quality of food (best burgers in Oxford- Oxford Mail 2006)Worked alongside 'Capital FM' and 'Fox FM' to bring David Grey to the Jericho Tavern to launch his new album.Worked alongside EMI to bring 'Turin Brakes' to the venue to launch their new album.
