The building also includes retail space on the first floor and 4 levels of parking below grade.Our Energy Services group recently completed of a large scale solar project for KDC Solar of Bedminster, NJ. Seton Hall University selected L7 as General Contractor for a significant renovation project in the Athletic Center. The project consists of a complete renovation of the main entrance and lobby, athletic offices and the athletic hall of fame. The project was completed in the fall of 2016.
