Single point of contact for all logistics: Resupply, bunkers, crew change, mobs, demobs, port calls, and personnel activities.Logistic and operational interface between all involved parties for all vessels within our workscopeMaintaining close liaison with BP Marine and Infrastructure, BP Aviation, and BP teams in and out of country.Ensuring continuous logistic support to the Subsea Ops vessels is available.Communicate Angolan local regulations and procedures and changes to BP Angola policies as they affect logistics and personnel.Monitor and report on all contractor freight movements.Maintain, update and issue logistic plans & procedures to all BP and 3rd party contractors, as required. Provide bespoke assistance to special projects ( Delos, Porps, NUF etc.)Ensure communication is maintained regarding our activities.Ensure local support (accommodation, transport, protocol etc.) is confirmed for BP personnel and sponsored individuals.Proactive involvement with vessel agency, port authorities. Including: berth availability/confirmation, relevant documentation, test lifts, transportation, housekeeping, etc.Establish and update storage tracking register for all BP Subsea equipment.
