After spending approximately 8 years in Corporate Accounting, Receiverships, Liquidations and Investigation moved into the role of Commercial Manager for the Monadelphous Group in 1990 then entered the Demolition and associated industries in 1993. Over the next 27 years have been in roles from General Manager (Moltoni Group), Director (CMA Contracting) and Owner/Director. Have been actively involved in some of the major demolition and remediation projects in Australia during that time including demolition of BHP Newcastle Steelworks (110,000T of steel removed), Rio Tinto, BHP, Caltex and many other major companies have been clients.Business specializes in contaminated site remediation works including bio remediation and contaminated cell construction. Recently awarded Waste Innovation of the Year 2020 for in house designed, constructed and operated Ultra High Pressure blasting system contained in a Sea Container with a full water recycling system to strip 10,000lm of asbestos/bitumous wrapped pipes. Also carried out the demolition that was part of the team that won the Waste Initiative Award 2021 for the Hamilton Senior High School Demolition that achieved 96% recycling and 86% reuse onsite.Represented the Demolition Industry on the Waste 2020 Taskforce for the Western Australian Government.Have also acted on a number of government and industry bodies including WA Advisory Council on Waste Management, WA Road Training Council, Kwinana Synergies Project and Environmental Committee of WA Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
