I build stuff and thangs.I've spent the past several years working on Developer Experience and infrastructure teams. Automating infrastructure with Terraform, improving the security posture of services with automation, deploying services with Kubernetes and Helm, and improving CI pipelines with GitHub Actions and CircleCI.I focused on building robust, stable enterprise-quality systems with the right tools, whether that be PHP, JavaScript, Python, or Golang. I also write Terraform, Cloudformation and cloud integrations (often with bash which I take pride in writing well). I am a quick study and tend to pick up new technology pretty quickly. I am always in search of a better way and in my role I strive to bring better processes and technology to all of our product engineering teams.At Color, I dove deeper into the infrastructure side maintaining all AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure across the entire company. Less recently at Rocket Mortgage I lead development on improving software delivery pipelines and workflows including scaling Terraform usage from Rocket's very first Terraform project to over 1,000 individual services.My number one focus is always the users and supporting them with empathy and skill .
