Responsibilities included: managing a $58MM equipment installation, developing and maintaining the equipment delivery and installation schedule, providing third party oversight to keep focus of project team on issues and results, acting as an extension of the Coca-Cola management staff to assist in optimizing technical opportunities, assisting Coca-Cola in mitigating the risks associated with a large project, maintaining and actively managing a task and coordination list of responsibilities and deliverables from various parties, reviewing equipment and system layout drawings prepared by others for completeness and coordination, preparing and reviewing request for proposals as needed, and coordinating equipment layouts and installation details with vendors and building designers. Oversight of the new equipment specified and purchased by CCBCU and CCNA. Managed the reused equipment installation being relocated from three (3) different production facilities: Dawnadele Ave (Baton Rouge, LA), Hattiesburg Mississippi, and Birmingham Alabama. The scope of this work included but was not limited to the relocation of seven (7) 10,000 gallon syrup tanks, relocation of the can filler / seamer, and replacement of the existing can filler base. On-site installation supervision and coordination of all CSD and Hot Fill equipment. On-site coordination of all equipment installation and building construction activities. Oversight of all equipment shipments, change parts, and spare parts. On-site supervision, coordination, and management of all equipment technicians. Helped develop and manage punchlist to completion with technicians.
