Steve “Lambo” Lambert is a retired Air Force pilot providing ground school, initial and recurrent training, upset and recovery training and aerobatic training in the L-39 Albatross. AeroJet Training, founded by Karen and Steve Lambert, aims to provide professional, consistent training that is substantive without being punishing. Opened in mid-October 2012, Sweet! Roswell was conceptualized, launched and developed on the foundation of nostalgic childhood memories. The ice cream and candy shop is located in historic downtown Roswell on Canton Street and is themed in an Old Town fashion, catering to the kid in all of us. In January 2012 Sweet! Roswell was named “Best New Sweet Shop” by CBS Atlanta.Responsible for the overall welfare of the operations of Sweet! Roswell, directing and communicating all activities to ensure organizational excellence and that the goals and objectives of the business are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and within budget. Performs duties personally or through direct reports. Progressive responsibility in strategic project management, and cross-functional team leadership. Responsibilities included performing as Flight Instructor for Private, Commercial, Instrument and Airline Transport pilots, and performed as aircraft and simulator instructor. Piloted business and charter flights in the Beechcraft King Air 200 and other light twins, and performed as scheduler and safety officer.

Responsible for the department of instructors at the campus and the overall academic quality, including directing departmental initiatives for this staff of 45 professors, and ensuring all the materials and equipment necessary to perform the role of adjunct professor were made available. Progressive responsibility in strategic management, personnel leadership, and training and communication.• Managed all personnel functions including interviews, hiring, performance reports, monitoring classes, professional development, mentoring, compensation, performance reviews, disciplinary issues and termination of employment when necessary• Authored syllabi, and created computer based documentation and training materials for departmental management training – basis for today’s computer based training.• Designed, directed and conducted the “Teach the teacher” program to train adjunct professors on how to teach to increase efficiencies and reduce cost – today all professors must complete this training• Managed communications around the annual schedule, keeping everyone informed about campus activities and new developments in education• Handled the marketing initiatives around promotional items, trade shows and focused marketing efforts for Job Fairs to increase student enrollment• Instructed courses in Aeronautical Science, Systems Safety, Human Factors, Accident Investigation, and Education via classroom, online and web casting, using streaming media to reach around the world from the classroom• Taught OSHA compliance – instructing on inspecting and recognizing hazards in the workplace• Directed efforts to increase efficiencies, reduce costs and promote best practices departmentally - via training, documentation, and communication

Acted as Assistant Director of Operations. Responsible for leading a team of 20 – 30 instructor pilots through initial training, continuation training and mentorship. Lead training of 120 student pilots annually. Responsible for working within a budget of $1.1M per student. Progressive responsibility in strategic project planning, development and execution, launching new programs, incorporating efficiencies, and leading multi-functional teams.• Performed as functional check flight test pilot – test flying airplanes for acceptance of new plane and acceptance of aircraft after major maintenance or modification• Worked very closely with the maintenance team and supervised 20 Functional Check Flight test pilots• Established the flight training group at Moody – authoring and implementing numerous syllabus changes to refine both the ground and flight training programs• Acted as Academic Instructor and Aircraft Simulator Instructor Quality Assurance Evaluator - ensured quality and standardization• Trained primary flight students, evaluated aircraft flight performance, and conducted worldwide airlift operations• Performed weekly medical evaluation shuttles out of Japan for sick patients, Vietnam to return soldier’s remains, and Antarctica to resupply scientific expeditions• Acted as Avionics Navigation and Communications System Technician and Supervisor from 1983 - 1991• Acted as Instructor Pilot, Functional Check Flight test pilot and Academic Instructor and Evaluator from 1991 – 2000
