The Co-Founder and Director of Motiv8 International Ltd one of the UK's premier learning, development and event organisations which comprises Motiv8 Training, Motiv8 Events and Motiv8 Promotions.Along with David Taylor I established Motiv8 in 1999 and since then have passionately worked towards achieving our goals of developing and delivering outstanding training and event solutions for our clients which improve results and performance levels as well as create high levels of enjoyment and motivation amongst all that attend.I am very proud of our employees and training associates, who all share our goals and ambitions and have fun doing it at the same time.We have been involved in many high profile programmes and events in the Retail, Automotive and Financial sectors for a variety of Blue Chip clients and with our high quality team we are able to provide solutions for most requirements.My own training, presenting and management style is characterised by a high energy approach that facilitates memorable learning and experiences for everyone involved.
