Served prior as co-chair of the Leadership Group's Education Committee. Named Chairperson of the Board in June 2018 - 2021.

Vice President at Lam Research, a Fortune 300 technology company. The company grew over 300% during my tenure. I was a member of the company's Global Leadership Team and spent ten years on both the Global Operations Team chartered with delivering to the company's operational and financial objectives and on the Field Leadership Team driving to the company's customer facing strategies and plans. In my last role, I focused on developing strategies and plans that aligned business strategies to people and organizational needs. My responsibilities were all global in nature and reported to the President/COO, CFO or CHRO: Vice President, Human Resources and Organization Development for the Global Customer Operations and Customer Service business units focused on aligning business strategy and organization design and development during a period of great growth and transition. Responsible for organizations totaling 4,000 employees. Vice President, Corporate Planning and Global Business Operations leading the company's planning, alignment and business operations activities including Global Field Operations, Operations Executive Team and the company's Program Management Office. Also served as Chief of Staff to the COO. Vice President, Global Field Operations delivering to the operational objectives and plans for all customer facing organizations of over 2,000 employees. Vice President, Business Finance leading all product group, field and corporate financial planning organizations during a time of great economic pressure.

Advisory Board member for a growing services and manufacturing company focused on Semiconductor Equipment and Solar. Company sold to Kimball Electronics

During tenure, we built Mattson to a $300M revenue Global Semiconductor equipment Company with a market capitalization of $600M. As Corporate Officer responsible for all Sales and Field Operations. I had direct responsibility for global and regional profitability, business development, field service engineering, field process engineering, technical support, global sales, customer satisfaction, sales operations, subsidiary administration and training. Organization included 300 direct and indirect headcount globally. Team successes include: diversifying business to level the company’s market and geographic penetrations, significant market share growth, record revenue levels, significant Gross Margin improvements driven by warranty reductions and new product introductions, field service profitability improvement, implementing successful Global Account Management processes along with regional accountability processes. Chairman of Mattson Asia Advisory Board.

Carlyle PE backed System on Chip technology company. Responsibilities included all Operations, Profitability, Balance Sheet, Program Management, Business Development, Finance and Accounting along with Corporate Services. Corporate Officer/Secretary to Board of Directors. Successes included restructuring program management, operations and sales organization to provide a profit and developing strategic plan.

Turn around e-DRAM system on chip semiconductor company. Responsible for all Finance and Operations including supply chain, legal, admin, accounting, finance and business development. Activities included product sourcing, customer negotiations, technology negotiations and leading project team in an acquisition to expand product technology into the ARM based mobile market. Corporate officer/Asst secretary to Board of Directors.

Raised significant funds in an oversubscribed offering for at the time, a leading edge Li ion polymer battery development and manufacturing company. Established financial controls, plans and management reporting during tenure.

Leading $200M semiconductor manufacturing equipment company. Responsible for all Field Operations including Field Service and Process Engineering, Sales, Marketing and regional profitability. Successes included significant diversification of customer base. Company sold to Silicon Valley Group. Prior to promotion VP position, was the Managing Director and Regional GM of WJ's European business based in Europe.

Raychem was a multi-billion dollar, Fortune 500 technology company acquired by Tyco Electronics. During tenure, I held various positions including Divisional CFO for the North America, South America and Asia Pacific portions of the Electronics Division, Operations and Finance Director and Corporate manufacturing finance manager. Organizational achievements included moving the electronics business from a highly defense focused to commercial market, turn around profitability for a business focused on the pipeline corrosion protection division and implementation of a financial accounting system capability used across all business in the US. Worked off shore in Tijuana Mexico for 3+ years.
