• Reporting to the National Sales Manager, with overall responsibility for all Nhs, University accounts within cost sector National Accounts in the North East & North West of the UK• Controlling sales activity to achieve sustained growth within the cost sector of the business by both account management & new business• Having a development plan for each existing account to exceed current sales and profit • Working in partnership with National account contacts to ensure good relationships and continued growth within their sector• Prospecting new business and ensuring retention

Midlands

• Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, with overall responsibility for 200 plus freetrade accounts in the Midlands area• Controlling sales activity to achieve sustained growth for both Multiple and independent accounts within the territory• Managing each customers account to ensure sales targets and margin targets are exceeded• Analyzing and planning daily calls to incorporate existing and new potential customers• Ensuring that any outstanding debt is within the agreed terms for each customer• Prospecting new business and ensuring retention

Midlands & North Of England

• Reporting to the Sales Director, with overall responsibility for controlling 38 Sales Representatives, 6 Area Sales Supervisors & 2 Area Sales Managers as well as all operations and support staff within 2 large sales depots• Controlling sales activity to achieve sustained growth for both National & Key accounts within the region• Managing and motivating all staff to ensure sales targets are exceeded• Analyzing and planning annual sales budgets and sales costs• Engaging in continual route planning and analysis of all sales areas to ensure they remain profitable for the company• Ensuring that any outstanding debt is within the agreed terms for each customer
