Service Delivery Manager
CurrentComplying with State OH&S regulations & legislation & relevant State employee/industrial relations legislation.In the absence of, fulfil the role, duties and responsibility of the State Manager position. Establish and co-ordinate operational objectives and ensure KPI's and SLA's are met. Ensure staff are trained to the standards required by each contract.Manage the effective provision of trained staff to ensure client service standards are exceeded.Conduct scheduled performance and development reviews, provide regular feedback to client representatives and Management, to enhance both performance and satisfaction.Identify opportunities for improvement and additional value added functions and use formal processes to progress improvement initiativesComplete budgetary and improvement planning processes Ensure budgeted expenditure and ROR are achieved for each outsourced operationMaintain a regular site visit program and liaison with all clients regarding contract performance, ensuring that any issues of concern receive prompt attention and follow up. Ensure that Account Managers are informed of significant events and actions and any follow up required.Assist Account Managers to develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships.Maintain close contact with customers to ensure that the products continue to meet customer requirements and to gather information regarding future plans. Assist Account Managers to develop and implement account strategies on current and anticipated customer requirements.Provide statistical and management reports as requiredSupervise the use, implementation and training for operational tools in outsourced operations where utilisedUndertake staff counselling and apply the Decipha Discipline Process as requiredProvide a high level of support to the National Operations Manager
