Served as project SW PM and team lead for Verizon. Participated in CDMA projects based on Windows Mobile 5.0~6.5, serving customers such as Verizon, Sprint (US), and KDDI (Japan).Served as the Windows Phone 7 SWPM leader and worked closely with Microsoft for the HTC Windows Phone 7 global launch before transitioning to work on Android Gingerbread projects.[Achievement / Unforgettable experience] Learned the value of mutual trust. In 2009, Microsoft was planning to replace the phone's OS from Windows Mobile with Windows Phone due to performance and market app capability concerns. At that time, HTC created five products to support this transition, and a task force team was built in Seattle consisting of both Microsoft and HTC members. I joined the initial team and supported these five products until their launch in 2010, spending six months in Seattle leading the HTC engineering team to collaborate with Microsoft. During that period, we faced many challenges, but one particular situation stands out. We were waiting for a part of the source code from Microsoft to continue our work, but the progress was slow and unpredictable due to the code being under review and signing.Realizing that the code was already there and that waiting was not the most efficient option, I went to the Microsoft Mobile GM to ask for an early drop and managed to convince him in that meeting. After reflecting on the situation, I learned an important lesson about trust and the most efficient way to establish it in daily work.

Successfully completed the first Linux PDA project with Sharp, serving as the lead for bootloader, serial driver, and kernel integration and responsible for codebase maintenance.3. Achieved a world-first by porting M-sys (NAND flash with MicroP) to a Windows Mobile Smartphone.4. Contributed to the Radio L1 team, which supported data control and communication between APP and Radio. Provided on-site support for CDMA projects in the US.[Achievement / Unforgettable experience] During the early stages of CDMA technology adoption in Smartphones, I was deployed to AudioVox, a phone agent in the US, to provide on-site support and ensure our first US Smartphone product passed all VZW's rigorous testing and certification processes. As we were waiting for the final approval from the customer, an unexpected critical issue was reported by one of VZW labs late in the evening, which blocked the TA/product shipping. It was a time-sensitive matter, and the fastest way to address it was to physically travel to the lab in Ohio.Despite the distance, I decided to drive from Long Island directly to Ohio, which would typically take 2 days to book and fly there, plus another 1-2 days for troubleshooting and bug fixing. When I proposed this idea to our partners, they were surprised, but after reviewing the feasibility, I received their support. I left early in the morning the next day, and arrived at the Ohio hotel at midnight. The following day, I went to the VZW lab and resolved the issue in one day, successfully ensuring the product passed the VZW lab and showcased HTC's capability.
