Served as a volunteer in the island nation of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. I coordinated and facilitated a personal development, life skills, and job skills training program targeted at out-of-school and at-risk youth in the rural community of Georgetown.

• Provided phone and remote technical support of proprietary digital display scheduling software to a large client base• Planned the installation of digital display systems for customers on-site and over the phone• Traveled to hotels, resorts and convention centers nationwide to install systems and train users• Designed and oversaw a company-wide server infrastructure update

I supported and maintanied hardware and software systems used by researchers and support staff. In addition I helped to manage our space in the University active directory, designed group policy objects and responded to security threats as the Information Security Manager. Furthermore, I headed up the project that aimed to bring a paperless system to our administrative department.
