We also created more than 2.5 million annual savings in postage. MCD is still one of Allstate's largest process operations, and well into the 2000's, it integrated employees from Operations, Policy Administration, Legal, Marketing, and Sales to create optimized customer outputs.Also created the prototype for the first CRM system for agents at this time. This prototype established the foundation for enterprise initiatives for data management, rules- and event-based marketing, and policyholder communications that endure to this day.
